CLT-011

CLT-011 a membrane receptor that is required for the cellular uptrake of molecules critical for the visual cascade (phototransduction).  Charlesson is currently developing several molecules that bind to this receptor to enhance visual processes and reduce cellular loss that occurs as a consequence of inherited blinding diseases.
